Sandbox tests are charged at 50% of the production rate, with a 1-credit minimum per test (so Smart 2→1, Advanced 4→2, Ultra 8→4 — Simple stays at 1 because it's already at the floor).

Once you activate a paid plan, the service starts immediately and your 14-day right of withdrawal ends — that's how digital services work under EU consumer law.
