Image messages cost slightly more (e.g. Smart with image = 3 credits). Email transcript and contact requests cost 2 credits each; saving a lead costs 1 credit. Sandbox tests are charged at 50% of the production rate, with a 1-credit minimum per test (so Smart 2→1, Advanced 4→2, Ultra 8→4 — Simple stays at 1 because it's already at the floor).

Frequently asked questions

Do unused credits roll over?

No. On paid plans, credits reset on every billing cycle. The free trial is a one-time grant of 50 credits — when they're used up you can upgrade to a paid plan to keep going.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then your account drops back to the free tier. Your data stays.

What if I run out of credits?

Your chatbot shows an "offline" message and stops answering. On paid plans, credits refill at the start of each billing period. On the free trial, the 50 credits are one-time (no renewal) — upgrade anytime to instantly get more.

Do you offer refunds?

Once you activate a paid plan, the service starts immediately and your 14-day right of withdrawal ends — that's how digital services work under EU consumer law. As a goodwill policy, if within 14 days of purchase you've used less than 10% of your credits and you reach out in good faith, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. Is my data safe?

Yes. Privacy-first by default. Visitor IP addresses are hashed before storage. We don't use your knowledge base to train any AI.

Can I run different chatbots on different websites?

Each chatbot is tied to one domain. To run a separate chatbot on another website, add the "Extra Domain + Chatbot" add-on at $10/month — each one gives you an additional chatbot slot for a new domain.

Will my chatbot speak my customers' language?

Yes — it auto-detects the visitor's language and replies in the same one. 80+ languages supported out of the box.

What happens if I don't use my free chatbot for a while?

Free chatbots stay in your dashboard as long as your account is active — we don't auto-delete inactive chatbots. You decide when to remove them. Paid plans work the same way.
