Hi,

I am trying to run Ontario over a BSBM data which is loaded into MySQL and MongoDB. While I can get the tool to generate query plans which appear correct, executing these queries gives errors in the mysql/sparql2sql.py or sparql2mongodb.py files.

Here are the mapping and config files I used to set up Ontario, as well as the steps I took to load the data in the databases, and also two SPARQL queries and the error messages I get when executing them:
