Release v2.5.5

ci: stub src/constants/apiKeys.ts in shared test workflow

The file is gitignored and only generated by the release job's
Set API Key step. Without it, import-x/no-unresolved fails inside
src/services/telemetryService.ts during lint. Stub it before lint
so the shared test workflow runs identically for pr-check and
release.
