Thanks again for implementing #10. The current design has some new issues, the most annoying of which is that the deleted A-numbers are visually completely indistinguishable from A-numbers that weren't affected by the edit. This is especially confusing when the Crossrefs section is edited.
One way to resolve this is to use the design that I suggested in #10. Another (simpler) way is to use a different style specifically for hyperlinks within <del></del>.
