JS-9758: design pass on 1-1 vault/settings any name

- Switch the any-name label to text-secondary/500 weight to match the
  spec for 1-1 spaces.
- Center the identity pill in the widget head and settings header by
  making side.left/right share remaining space when an identity is
  present.
- Round the identity hover state to a 24px / 6px-padded pill.
- Bump userDescription on the space settings page to common (14px) so
  the user description reads at the size design asked for.

JS-9757: hide invite/members button in entry space widgets

The invite button has no purpose on a personal (entry) space — it can't
be shared with anyone — so don't render it in the widgets head or the
manage view.
