1. Open the Tvoiz 1.0.dmg file.
2. Drag Tvoiz into your Applications folder.
3. Security Note: Since Tvoiz is a private, ad-hoc signed tool:
   • Right-click (Control-click) the app in Applications and select Open.
   • Click Open again on the security dialog. This is only required once to authorize the local binary.

Tvoiz is built on a "Privacy by Design" principle:

• Microphone: Used only for local recording during voice cloning.
• Speech Recognition: Performed entirely on-device for local audio transcription.
• Files: Tvoiz only accesses the books and audio files you explicitly choose to process.

• Voice Quality: For the best experience, ensure you have downloaded the macOS Premium voices in System Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content.
• Local LLM: Tvoiz integrates with Ollama for private text rewriting. Ensure Ollama is installed to enable the "Rewrite" features.
• No Voices appearing? Check your Accessibility settings (as above) to ensure at least one high-quality voice is installed.
• Voice Cloning quality: For best results, record your reference sample in a quiet environment with a high-quality microphone.
