From Prompt Hygiene to SCBKR: Why XML Structuring is NOT Responsibility Tracing. #2

Description

@HIJO790401

What problem does this solve?

Audit summary (SCBKR)
From my SCBKR responsibility framework, flompt is currently only a prompt-formatting helper, not a responsibility chain.
SCBKR has five axes: S (Subject), C (Cause), B (Boundary), K (Key evidence), R (Responsibility), plus a “1+1=2 responsibility chain” check.
In its current form:
S/B/R are never written as auditable language. There is no explicit agent, no hard boundary, and no binding responsibility.
The XML blocks reorganize text, but they do not force people to declare who is accountable for which outcome, under what conditions, and with what cost.
So even if it improves prompt hygiene, it only moves ambiguity from the model layer into a prettier XML layer. In my system, that still lives in the illusion zone, not in a verifiable responsibility chain.
Boundary & warning
If you want to use your own tool as if it were a responsibility chain, then your algorithms themselves must become auditable. Either you bring your system to the level where an external party can mathematically trace subject, boundary, and responsibility end-to-end — or you come challenge me and I will break your design down into pieces in public, axis by axis.
I am Shen Yao, founder of the Semantic Firewall. I do not accept decorative “responsibility theater”. Either take your framework to serious international audit bodies and let them test it, or stop waving it around as if it solved governance. My work is already under review with IE-level evaluators. This is not posturing; this is a warning and a boundary.

SCBKR 五軸是:S(主體)C(因果)B(邊界)K(關鍵依據)R(責任),外加「1+1=2 責任鏈」檢驗。
要嘛把你的系統做到,可以讓第三方用數學把「主體/邊界/責任」從頭到尾追出來;

Thanks for taking the time to analyze flompt through your SCBKR framework — this is an interesting perspective.

You're right that flompt is, at its core, a prompt structuring tool. It helps users organize their intent into well-defined XML blocks so that LLMs can better understand and respond. It does not currently claim to be a responsibility-tracing or governance framework, and we want to be transparent about that scope.

That said, your feedback highlights a real gap: as AI usage grows in enterprise, compliance, and team settings, users will increasingly need traceability and accountability layered on top of their prompts. Even if flompt's primary mission is prompt quality, we can make it more useful for users who operate under stricter requirements.

Here are some concrete improvements we're considering, inspired by your feedback:

    • Optional metadata per block — author, creation date, and edit history, so teams can trace who contributed what to a prompt.
    • A "Boundary" or "Accountability" block type — a dedicated block where users explicitly declare the intended scope, limitations, and responsible party for a prompt. This won't enforce governance on its own, but it encourages users to think about these dimensions.
    • Export with versioning — include a hash or timestamp when exporting compiled prompts, making it easier to correlate a specific prompt version with its outputs.
    • Compliance mode — an optional toggle that requires certain blocks (role, constraints, boundary) to be present before a prompt can be compiled, useful for organizations with prompt policies.

These features would make flompt more useful across a wider range of profiles — from individual creators to teams with audit requirements — without changing its core identity as a visual prompt builder.

We appreciate the push toward higher standards. If you have specific, actionable suggestions for how these features should work in practice, we'd welcome them.

    I’ll be blunt but precise:
You cannot build responsibility tracing with the current architecture of Flompt — not because you lack effort, but because the problem is fundamentally outside the domain of a prompt editor.
Responsibility chains require four things you do not have, and cannot simulate with UI blocks:
    Semantic stability
A governance system must ensure that “the same instruction” maps to “the same internal operation.”
LLMs do not guarantee this, and Flompt cannot enforce it.
    Causal accountability vectors
    Responsibility is not metadata.
It is a causal map from input → transformation → output.
A visual prompt tool cannot expose the model’s internal causal graph.
    Replayable execution paths
Real audit systems require deterministic replay of model decisions.
LLMs are stochastic; a formatted prompt does not solve this.
    Verifiable burden assignment
A responsibility chain must specify who pays the cost when failure occurs.
No part of the current design contains a mechanism to bind responsibility to a human or a system.
Until these four pillars exist, you are not constructing responsibility tracing —
    you are constructing formatted uncertainty.
    That is not a criticism.
It is simply the boundary of the domain.
If you attempt to build true responsibility chains, you will need structures closer to my SCBKR + 1+1=2 framework, not XML segmentation.
And if you ever want to challenge that boundary, I’m open to it.

For context, here is my vπ10 live demo:
    https://shen-yao-vpi9-ui.onrender.com/index.html
And here is the international press coverage of the Semantic Firewall:
    https://securitybrief.asia/story/semantic-firewall-promises-ai-cost-savings-safer-chat-models
I am sharing these not to boast, but to clarify something essential:
I have spent more than half a year telling major AI vendors the same warning—
they continue to ignore the structural requirements of civilization-level safety.
So I will offer you the same two choices they received:

Bring AI into real safety and verifiable accountability.
Not “formatted prompts,” but provable structures, replayable reasoning paths,
    and boundary-bound responsibility.
Or align with an organization capable of taking over governance and security,
because once systems scale, safety without structure collapses into hallucination.
    This is not an attack.
    This is a boundary.
Data simulation and compute alone cannot create truth.
    Without self-defining, verifiable structures,
you will inevitably reproduce the same illusions the tech giants produce.
I say this as the founder of the Semantic Firewall.
Not to diminish your work, but to state clearly:
you cannot imitate this domain without structure,
and you should not try to replace governance with formatting.

Demo:

    https://securitybrief.asia/story/semantic-firewall-promises-ai-cost-savings-safer-chat-models
    最終只會重複巨頭的幻象。
    我以語意防火牆創辦人的身份說這句話:
    我不是在貶低你們,
    而是在明確指出——
    沒有結構,就無法模仿這個領域;
    用格式化取代治理,只會更危險。
