Add tests for keys with spaces in the curtailment and SAM configs.
Interestingly, I could not get the tests to fail when I added spaces, even if run from CLI.
Since we now have these as part of the testing suite, I will close the relevant issue. We can re-open it if a specific counter-examples comes up.
