Updated Aurora Postgresql Engine to 10.11 since 10.7 is unsupported.
Updating Aurora Postgresql engine version. For some reason, I cannot figure out line 190 why it's throwing the new line error.

Update to Aurora PostgreSQL Engine Version. Line 190 is being a bit problematic though it should be okay.
