The app consist in an API REST that interacts with a MySQL database being able to perform the basic CRUD operantions, and allows the end users manage land use licenses easily and is able to give a PDF output for printing purposes.

• Automate approval and signature of licenses
• Endpoint for public users to requests licenses online
