Reinforcement Learning Researcher & Robotics Engineer
Building intelligent systems that can safely learn from and collaborate with humans.
I'm a Master's student at the University of Waterloo, where I specialize in Inverse Reinforcement Learning and Adversarial Machine Learning. My research focuses on developing robust and generalizable AI agents by exploring how they can learn complex reward functions from human demonstrations and by designing adversarial policies to stress-test their limits.
Driven by an interest in AI safety, fairness, and interpretability, I'm passionate about creating systems that augment human capabilities. I've also had the pleasure of being a Teaching Assistant for several Machine Learning and algorithms courses.
Outside of research, I'm a hobbyist game developer, a climber, and a storyteller.
