The goal of BIOP-desktop repository is to store all the Dockerfiles and companion files necessary to create docker image that contains a set of bioimage analysis software, and a desktop environment to run them.

This project is largely inspired from renku-jupyterlab-vnc for the desktop part and follows its licensing.
