Support Slicer clean builds.

As part of updating the BRAINSTools version in Slicer's SuperBuild.cmake, we are now referencing a commit that exists only in the slicer-20250702-postv5.8.0 branch. This branch includes a single patch on top of v5.8.0 that resolves a version mismatch warning during Slicer's CMake configuration
