Heads-up: MinIO has removed its Docker images and tooling #768

MinIO has pulled all its images from Docker Hub and removed the associated tools from its website. If you started a project from Start UI recently, your CI (and any local setup relying on the MinIO image) will break.

I've opened a PR that fixes this using versitygw: #767

You can apply the same changes to your own project to get your pipelines working again.
