Why move?
Microsoft is unreliable, untrustworthy and intruding, I've moved to a third party service called sourcehut, they offer a platform for git, static site and CI/CD hosting. Almost their entire platform(can also be selfhosted), as of the alpha(very stable), is free of charge except for CI/CD and IRC, they have various voluntary pricing plans but no tier program or you can just host them yourself.
