Simple program that sends weather alerts from Wunderground to Pushbullet

Create the directory mkdir ~/.config/weather_watcher

Copy the sample config to ~/.config/weather_watcher/config.json

Fill in the information. You need an API key from Wunderground and Pushbullet

Add it to crontab
