Fixes #4289

Description

This pull request updates the Twitter icon in the web frontend to reflect the new X branding. The previous icon used the outdated Twitter logo.

Changes Made

Updated the Twitter icon class to use the correct Font Awesome X icon
Maintained consistency with existing social media icon styles

Checklist
