There are folowing strings around 861 line number in ResourceManager.cpp:

if (eCreateFlags & TCF_MIPMAPS_PRESENTED)
{
        if (eCreateFlags & TLF_GENERATE_MIPMAPS)
            (int &)eCreateFlags &= ~TLF_GENERATE_MIPMAPS;

...
}

I'm sure that in the second "if" must be eLoadFlags instead of eCreateFlags
