Largely working at the intersection of corporate law, emerging technologies, and public policy. My practice spans general legal advisory, corporate and commercial law, startups advisory, intellectual property, and technology-focused regulatory compliance. I support founders and organisations on structuring, governance, financing readiness, and legal strategy as they scale within complex and evolving regulatory environments.
Alongside my legal practice, I am actively involved in Web3 and software development, which allows me to bring a practical, technical perspective to legal and policy questions. This dual background enables me to bridge legal design, product development, and compliance—helping teams build solutions that are both innovative and legally sound.
I am also engaged in policy research, advocacy, and civil society work focused on technology governance, digital inclusion, and institutional reform, particularly within Africa’s tech ecosystem.
I love learning and exploring new technologies, and I am always looking out for opportunities for self-improvement, thoughtful conversations and travelling. Currently, I am building some passion projects and contributing to community open-source projects whenever I can.
