# Project Directory for L65 - "Most Attention Heads Ignore Learned Geometry in Protein Structure Prediction"

This project contains the notebook + modified boltz library required for collecting activations and generating plots for my L65 project.

1. Copy main.ipynb into google colab (needs a GPU to run)
2. Mount Google Drive
3. Run all three cells

This should generate all figures + supplementary statistics used for the tables
