This is a tool for decrypting all mogg files used by the Rock Band series.

cargo build --release

Output will be in target/.

themethod3 encrypted.mogg decrypted.mogg

• Maxton, who's initial work on Rock Band mogg encryption made all of this possible to begin with. May he rest in peace.
