readd the deprecated syntax for quasiquotes, for 6.12.3 compatibility

Since gtk does not work with most 7.*, compatibility with 6.12.3 makes sense,
even at the cost of incompatibility with 8.*.

improve the cabal file; Hackage now accepts the package

rename the main Haskell file to Main.hs, to ease forking
