notice:
when "Ads/malicious Block" enabled , v2ray start time will be slightly longer (due to processing rules)
but after that, web browsing speed greatly improved (due to blocking Ads/trackers)

good to know:
1- hysteria2 works better on IPv6 (seems its blocked on IPv4 in some range)
