Refactor the OracleDB receiver logging to be sub-agent agnostic.
Note: uses multiline
Adapted from this PR, but adds another multiline entry to the input.log files

Updated transformation_test and confgenerator_test, confirmed the output of output_fluentbit.yaml was unchanged after refactoring the receiver.
