Looks like there's a breaking change in the metrics WaitForMetric(metric=workload.googleapis.com/aerospike.namespace.scan.count, extraFilters=[]) failed: exhausted retries. Maybe we can update to 5.7.0.23 for now?

@jefferbrecht The update to aerospike 5.7.0.23 works correctly since all third party app tests pass now. I had to update to aerospike tools 7.1.1. so it would work with the initial attempt to update to aerospike 6.1.0.1. , but not sure if it's needed anymore. It works though, WDYT ?

Some tests in Windows fail, but it seems to be a flake. This PR only affects aerospike that is only for centos, rhel, debian, ubuntu and sles so fails are unrelated.

- Ops Agent integration test (Windows)
- third party apps integration test (Windows)
