Support for Astro 5.0, addressing the changes in the astro:build:done hook, where a deprecated property introduced a breaking change 👀

• bumped vite-plugin-electron to ^0.29.0
• fixed problem with missing VITE_ prefixed env variables in import.meta.env

Added handling for all the routes, not just / and support for static assets.
