I created a Typist for my text, which, upon completion, executes its Typist.out function. I changed a variable, but if I redraw the text that uses it, it executes Typist.out directly and the variable's value doesn't seem to change. I tried resetting it when Typist finishes, but nothing changes. It seems that after the first execution of the text, it's defined as complete, and I can't find a way to reset it.
// Create Event
typist_2 = scribble_typist();
typist_2.in(0.75, 6);
typist_2.ease(SCRIBBLE_EASE.ELASTIC, 0, -40, 1, 1, 180, 0);
typist_2.function_on_complete(function(text_element, typist){
typist_2.out(0.25, 6, 1);
typist_2.reset()
text_danio_completado = true;
})
// Draw Event
draw_sprite_ext(corte, 0, 1050, 168, escala_sprite_danio,1.5,0,c_white,alpha_text_danio);
var danio_scribble = scribble(string(resultado_ataque) + "[delay, 1200]")
.starting_format("fuente_blanca", c_white)
.transform(escala_text_danio, escala_text_danio)
.wrap(500)
.align(fa_center, fa_middle)
danio_scribble.draw(1043, 168, typist_2);
