Investigate magenta fire artifact in Daniel's SECAM (Method 1) VHS RF samples #4

Description

@JustinTArthur

Daniel supplied SECAM (Method 1) VHS RF capture samples showing a magenta "fire" artifact. Investigate root cause and whether it's the same family of issue as work already landed on secam-decode.

Related prior work on this pipeline: cyan sparks were traced to Dr FM clicks and fixed (click NR default 1.0, Table-4 deviation rail, 1.15 overshoot floor). A Y/C luma-splatter fix from that same investigation is still open and may be related. Check whether magenta fire is a Db-channel analog of the cyan/Dr case, a manifestation of the still-open luma-splatter issue, or something distinct.

Also worth checking against the noise-floor proxy decoupling on synthetic porches noted as a watch item during Method-1 VHS compat validation, in case it's related to real (non-synthetic) RF noise characteristics.
