Authentication - Provide LDAP / LDAPs and also RADIUS based logins #291

We would ultimately like to be able to utilize RADIUS authentication for logging into OpenGRC, but it doesn't appear to be an option.

Our MFA system utilizes RADIUS as its authentication protocol.

Also, we'd like to see OpenGRC utilize LDAP and/or LDAPs.

Both of these are feature Requests.
