apply() on object pandas.offsets.MonthOffsets() became obsolete, see pandas-dev/pandas#7707 (comment) setup: set pandas version requirement.

Realised in preparing that one (of the two) of the pandas.offsets.MonthOffset() was fixed a few hours ago, sorry for changing the syntax again ;-) .
With dask >= 0.18 set_options(...) became deprecated, subst. w/ config.set(...)
