Bug Description
Using the color blend mode to add color to a grayscale stroke results in this:
Notice how the glitching is different on the canvas, in export preview, and in the final exported image.
Hue and soft light produce similar glitching:
Soft light to me is the worst thing to be affected by something like this, as it is a common blending mode to use when adding lights to the image (Hue and Color are obscure in comparison)

Steps how to trigger the issue
1. use the repro file or
2. In a new file, paint a gray line on base layer with a very soft brush
3. Add another layer, set blend mode to Color
4. Paint a green line on it above the first one
