Can't scroll using mouse or keyboard

In the tutorial, and in any other polymer app I've tried, I'm not able to scroll using the mouse wheel or the keyboard (eg, using the down arrow).

For example: https://www.polymer-project.org/apps/polymer-tutorial/finished/ The only way to scroll is to manually interact with the scroll bar.

I'm using Chrome 37.0.2062.120 on Linux.

That page scrolls for me (and keyboard works) if you set focus to the min content area. Is that not the case for you?

Ah, I should have tried with extensions disabled. Apparently the Smooth Scroll extension was causing the problem. You can close this, thanks!
