Not sure there will be agreement on the value of this, but I figured I'd create an issue before submitting a PR.
Similar to what's being done for bool and date values, add support for Array-valued attributes when the default value is an Array. Assuming there's agreement as to the value of this, I can add it to attrs.js pretty easily.
