bower instructions don't work #366

This has been fixed in the docs. The include was wrong.
You should use:

Had to change "plaforms" -> "platforms".

Even with fixes, page fails to load with:
Failed to load resource: http://localhost:8000/bower_components/web-animations-js/web-animations.js
I couldn't find any mention of web-animations on bower.
