Describe the bug
When running the Companion App, if you use the mouse to zoom into the document you are viewing so that it overflows the viewing area, the vertical scroll bar eventually disappears, while no horizontal scroll bar appears.

To Reproduce

1. Use the Companion App to view a document you are developing in Visual Studio
2. Use your mouse to zoom in until the document overflows the viewing area on both the x and y axes

Expected behavior
The vertical scroll bar remains available and a horizontal scroll bar appear
