This release contains two zipped files with example data:

• example-primary-mesencephalic-dopaminergic.zip contains four tif files with two nuclei and neurite staining each. Cells in this archive show ideal neurite growth and nuclei connections.
• example-SH-SY5Y.zip contains six tif files with two nuclei and neurite staining each. Cells in this archive show inhibited neurite growth.
