Option to disable Copilot AI service #716

Describe the feature or improvement

So I was cleanly installing Windows 11 on an AI-capable laptop, a HP ZBook Ultra 14 G1a.
After running Win11Debloat, I noticed that after startup, Windows used several GBs more RAM than expected.
The culprit was the Copilot AI services, automatically started with the Windows service WSAIFabricSvc.

I think Win11Debloat should have an option to disable this service in its AI-disabling section.
