put the Ori* folder under /usr/share/fcitx5/themes/ or $HOME/.local/share/fcitx5/themes/, then open config tool and choose the theme you want to use.

paru -S fcitx5-skin-ori-git

This theme is just an attempt to round corners with svg theme. If you want a more adaptable and cooler looking theme for KDE, try Fluent-fcitx5.
