Redoing Schniz#389 which was cancelled by Schniz#554 and reintroduced the error. Fixes Schniz#520

Accordingly to Rust docs, the previous target (
x86_64-unknown-linux-musl, tier 2) used is not guaranteed to produce a working build.Fix #371
