Delight 2

Delight 2 is full theme for Cosmic DE with icon theme, wallpapers and color file.

Extract the icon package and move it to ~/.local/share/icons You can now find the theme under Settings --> Desktop --> Appearance ---> Icons & Toolkit theming. There's a known bug that the icons doesn't shift to a newly installed icon theme. You have to logout and login before the change appears.
The color file theme you have to import it under Settings --> Desktop --> Appearance. Click the Import button.

The Wallpaper package needs to be extracted, then you can import them under Settings ---> Desktop--> Wallpaper
