Serious issue trying to get this vita to work again please help! #5

I am on 3.68. and was using h-encore. (i think the older one)
Now havent used the vita in a while and started wanted to use it again.
But my h-encore wouldnt start anymore. I remember i used to switch sd cards sometimes but i tried them all but none make my h-encore start. "the file is corrupt C0-11137-3"

I tried h-enlo and i installed vitadeploy i didnt kow what it was so i quit the app then tried to run again but was met with error. then i deleted app and try to re-install. but it wouldnt let me.

080010013 Could not open for write is ux0 present?

Tried rebuild database, reboot 100 times, switch sd cards dozen of times. nothing works. Tried different sd2vita adapter didnt matter.

Also tried to replace near app with it, but i dont even have a near app... didnt work

I CAN't FORMAT and I won't format besides i have too many custom paths etc. i need vitashell to backup anyways. I have Vita PCH 1004 with 64 GB official memory card. I dont have the app near... so i cant install vitadeploy on it.. chicken egg story..

How do I get vitashell and jailbreak working again without format?
I tried hours upon hours and nothing works. the vita seems dead int he water.
