[Feature] Add a class to determine if a transparency option is enabled #4587

A clear and concise description of the feature you'd like to see

If I set --background-base-lowest to #50505000 It uses the correct colours in and out of focus with transparency option on but when set to none shows as full black rather than #505050

There would need to be a class that I can look for to apply the transparent background and fallback to the color only one if it's not present (This would also make it work with Better Discord clients).
