This software is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0).

You may obtain a copy of the MPL at: https://www.mozilla.org/MPL/2.0/

The MPL allows you to:
- Use, modify, and distribute this software freely.
- Link this plugin with other code (even proprietary or closed source).
- Keep modifications to yourself privately, unless you distribute them — in 
  which case you must share the modified source files.

The MPL applies per file, meaning only modified source files must be disclosed,
not the entire combined work.

2. Additional YVtils License Terms (Addendum)

These additional terms supplement the MPL-2.0 and are legally binding when
using, modifying, or redistributing this software.

2.1 Attribution
---------------
Any public fork, derivative, or re-release must include clear attribution to
YVtils and a link to the original repository.

Attribution must be visible in the project documentation (e.g. README or
plugin.yml).

2.2 Brand Usage
---------------
The name "YVtils", its associated logos, and related branding assets may not
be reused or altered without prior permission from the YVtils project
maintainers.

Modified versions of the plugin must not imply endorsement or affiliation with
YVtils.

2.3 Redistribution
------------------
Uploading unmodified (1:1) copies of this plugin to other distribution
platforms (e.g. SpigotMC, Modrinth, Polymart) is prohibited.

Exception: If the original YVtils plugin has not been updated in over 2 years,
reuploads may be allowed with full credit and a link to the original project.

Forked or modified versions may be published on GitHub if:
- The repository is a fork of the original, or
- The repository explicitly references the original YVtils project.

2.4 Commercial Use
------------------
The use of this plugin on commercial servers (e.g. servers with paid ranks,
perks, or features) is permitted.

Selling modified versions or locking essential features behind paywalls is
strictly prohibited.

2.5 License Combination

This license (YV-MPL) is compatible with MPL-2.0 projects and may coexist with
GPL, Apache, and MIT licensed dependencies.

2.6 Brand Protection Notice
---------------------------
"YVtils" is an identifiable software collection and project identity maintained
by Lyvric / LyvricYV. While not a registered trademark, it represents a unique software
ecosystem.

Misuse, impersonation, or deceptive branding involving the YVtils name or logo
may result in legal and distributional restrictions.

3. Summary

You can:
- Use the plugin for free, including on monetized servers.
- Modify it, fork it, and redistribute it under open conditions.
- Credit YVtils in any public derivative.

You cannot:
- Sell closed versions or feature-locked variants.
