Setup

Confirm there is ~/.deno/bin in $PATH to use the scripts installed by deno install.

$ # install velociraptor
$ deno install -qAn vr https://deno.land/x/velociraptor/cli.ts
$ # install hook
$ vr

The scripts are defined in velociraptor.yml.
