Set a limit on the amount that is considered a line. This should be configurable ideally. If someone owes another person this much, an automatic e-mail (notification) should be generated.
An example is $100 is set as a line. If someone owes someone that much, they get an e-mail notification letting them know they should maybe start paying back!
