The issue

Interesting issue starts with successful updates, and at some point after a period of time, it begins to fail 100% of the time. A restart of the server clears for a short period of time, after which it begins again.

EDIT: I think it may be the original registration server issue from some weeks ago. A restart of my server is no longer resolving the issue.
