- Migrate to using Hiera 5 internally, so impose a lower limit of Puppet 4.9;
- Add support for NFS related configuration variables;
- Ensure default install works with Debian 8 (creation of self-signed certificate);
- Ensure basic tests for both Wheezy and Jessie.
