I have LC-TWIMS-QTOF (DIA) data in .mzML format. I have used MZmine 4.3.0 to process the data and it have worked fine. Now when the newest version of MZmine (4.5.0) has been released, I wanted to use it for processing. However, I have run into an issue that I no longer receive any MS2 spectra of any of the features. I have tried to decrease the settings e.g. minimum correlation coefficient etc, however, that has not help. Furthermore, I tried to use the same settings as I have used in MZmine 4.3.0, but still do not obtain any MS2 spectra.
