packages/pypi/pyproject.tomlにreadmeフィールドが未設定だったため、PyPI のプロジェクト説明が空になっていた。

pyproject.tomlにreadme = "README.md"を追加release.ymlでリポジトリルートのREADME.mdをpackages/pypi/README.mdにコピーするステップを追加（maturin は
